It would mean that you only have to take one tablet, rather than a combination of 3. These types of medication have been proven to treat migraine, they are specialist drugs. Some that your doctor might recommend are Imitrex, Relpax, Treximet, etc...
There are so many awesome migraine medicines now. I have no idea how old you are but many times the problem with women and migraines are hormones.

A bag of ice on the neck and there is a pressure point on your hand between thumb and index finger that can be pressed that relieves migraine pain. I know this sounds cray but it works
