If you have remove the thyroid like I do 2 years ago use daily 150 thyroxine plus 200 on weekend te TSH must be 0.16 and thyroglobulin low do not stop this is for life , I use that every 6 months do ultrasound see the doctor who operate you , if your parathyroid glands are intact use calcium carbonate 1200 x2 daily Rocaltrol 0.25 micrograms 2x2 daily and magnesium 1000 MG x2 daily this is from the professor Anthony who save my life thyroid operation is delicate operation you must undergo iodine 131 is well but keep thyroxine 150 daily and 200 on sat and Sunday non stop , THE TSH MUST BE 0.16 the thyroglobulin low if thyroglobulin must be low on the blood test that is how they know if cancer exist no high keep in touch with the man who operate you , if you no have thyroid as I do keep use it under the doctor who operated you , i do that and check your blood pressure caution all the best thyroid cancer is the only curable.
