Does taking Miralax help with the constipation? I am getting ready to start taking Tamoxifen this week. Has your doctor suggested any antidepressants?
I realize this answer is a bit late... but
Yes, Miralax should help with constipation. If you have fluid retention and need a diuretic then yes you should be able to take one (as your doctor thinks is appropriate for you).
And if you are feeling depressed your doctor should be able to give you an antidepressant. Please discuss all this with your doctor if you haven't done so already.
I know how rough life can be dealing with cancer so please get all the help you can.
