... I was back to normal, now when I get my menstrual cycle I am down, fuzzy headed and dizzy. I am not enjoying things I normally do. Today was our first snow of the season and instead of being out in it enjoying it, I am just plain miserable and could care less. I also skipped black friday because again... I could just care less. Do you have any suggestions?
Are you on any medicines? Have they tested your thyroid levels? I'm not a doc but it's my understanding that some people with Hashinoto's still have normal thyroid function. Others become hypothyroid or sometimes hyperthyroid. I've heard of some people becoming depressed from the Hashimoto's diagnosis and others being misdiagnosed with depression when the underlying problem was poor thyroid function. What I'm getting at is that you sound a little depressed. You need to find out why.
