I read an article at www.thesilveredge.com which claims that colloidal silver solution can treat many different infections and disease states such as chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.
I've tried it long time ago and it did not work. And there is a chance of toxicity. The best thing for you to do is to take magnesium and calcium. Also you might think about taking vitamin D3.
I take 5000units a day and am still on the low end of the acceptable range. That really surprised my rheumy. He originally thought I was taking too much. It fights bone pain.
For sleep at night, you need to regenerate your hormones to fight the pain. Best way without prescription is a hot bath with epsom salts. Then take tryptophan, melatonin, and 5HTP for sleep. Your goal is to get into delta level sleep so your body can repair itself and regenerate the hormones those pain signals blasted away.
I would stay away from the silver. Good luck!
