me feel terrible in the morning, it is trazadone. I have not sleep well in about ten yrs. I do not have sleep apnea and do not drink caffine, I am a 50 yr. old female and not over weight... any help
I would recommend Ambien, Sonata or Seroquel. The first two are made for people who have a hard time sleeping. If you've already tried all of these drugs please let me know. Please list all the sleep aids you've tried before as well for more help. I hope this helps. Good luck to you!
