I sure haven't noticed any difference over the past seven years, pharmacies do use different drug manufactures for their drug supplies depending on price, so I'm sure I've have had several different brands of generic methotrexate. However, as all bodies are different it wouldn't seem odd to me if some folks do notice some differences. If they are things that seem "wrong", or you have anything going on that maybe shouldn't be happening I would contact your pharmacist and/or rheumatologist/Dr. and discuss it with him/her.
Wish you luck and good health, Lady of Howard
