Has anyone heard of using Methotrexate in treating Sarcoidosis ?

Yes. Sometimes doctors prescribe this medication off label for Sarcoidosis. This medication is also used for the following problems:Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Thank you for the information. IO know that the drug is used to stop cell growth in cancer treatment. I guess it is used to help stop the Sarcoidosis from "locking in" and the Prednisone, along with the Folic Acid helps to reverse the effects , if is not too bad.
