I really need a little help to get some weight off, at least a good 60-70 pounds I really packed it on after I stopped breastfeeding. I know there is the rumor that it will make you poo yourself nearly to death but I have heard that will only happen if you don't follow their guidelines to how much fat you consume. I'd really like to know if anyone has added Alli to their diet and excersize regimen and if it has increased the amount of weight they lose besides diet and excersize alone. Any info or personal experiences would be appreciated!
