I have been trying a couple different prescribed medications for anxiety and I find myself getting even more anxious knowing that i'm taking meds so I want to try a different route and see how it works for me. I've been researching and found Vitamin B, C and fish oil has some good results for some people, but i'm just looking for more opinions from those of you that have tried vitamins for anxiety issues.
Add some vit D in there as well. I so agree about the fish oil, for those people that cannot tolerate fish oil, try flax seed oil.
Have you heard of Valerian root? It has calming qualities. I realize tis not a vitamin, yet it is all natural. You can find it at any pharmacy or health food store.

If you have the resources you could see a nutritionist,sometimes we need more of one vitamin,mineral etc.than another depending on our physical state.it helped me at dif. Stages of my life and I still rely on vit b complex too add to the list you have been given,let us know if you learn anything new,hugs,criss
Hi Amano, just want to add that taking a good Probiotic every day really helps absorption of all the vitamins, minerals and enzymes you take AND balances the good bacteria in your digestive system which helps avoid all kinds of bad things happening to your gut. take care, mindy
