Lithium is used more for psych problems (such as bi-polar) especially considering all the other anti-anxiety, antidepressants, sleep, RLS medications, etc you are taking. You're mixing a lot of drugs together that all tend to compound the effects of one another. How many drs (and what specialties) are involved in all these RX meds being prescribed?
Have you been taking all of these medications for awhile? Have you gotten resistent to some of the mediations. You don't give doses, but I like all the people above are concerned for you with all the medications you are on, and then adding on another one. I'm not a doctor but something isn't right with all the medications you are on that are used to treat depression - celexia, anxiety - klonipen, and xanax and ambien. Have you thought about an inpatient stay to help with getting you on the best combination you can be in. Lithum works well for some and in the Old days - 30 years ago it was used for depression and bi-polar and worked well for some. I guess I'm just concerned for you with all these medications on board. Please take care.
