Hi I'm not quite sure of yur enviromental backround but I may have 2 suggestions that may help. Since its the begining of fall and all the wacky weather that has been on the news hurricanes,earthquakes,hot cold weather maybe yur having sme seasonal blues or anxiety which is distrupting your sleep patterns the change in the sunshine. My suggestions is are 2 things one a nice multivitamin with some vitamin d and b12 in it to make up for the lack of sunshine and give a boost of energy in the day. Two a nice brisk walk with the one you love if possible or just to enjoy each others company to relax on the porch and watch the sunset together. This should be relaxing in itself and help clear your minds maybe even feel good to share a quit moment. Good luck! Take care! Litlmommag}
Hello crazed50. Just thinking, might it be allergies? You both can be allergic to the same thing. Could be a food thing. Or it could just be that you're both going through a tired phase. My wife and I, its happened that we both seem to feel tired, around or about the same times. Ha! Well, thats the best I could come up with, besides, "might be the water" :-0)
I doubt that my answer is the answer you are looking for, but wanted to add it anyway since it is turning cooler. Poeple> please have your furnace checked out before using it this season, & have a cabonmonoxide alarm in your home. A few years ago, my husband & I almost died from carbonmonoxide poisoning from the furnace. The symptoms listed above are the first symptoms of poisoning. Also severe headaches. This is serious business. You may go to bed & never wake up! We lived in a house that what is called a slab house with no basement. The room where the furnace was by the back door, was very near out bedroom door. For some odd reason, I closed the door to the furnace room that particular night. Had never been closed before. Guess Someone was looking out for us. Anyway the readings in our house after we finally woke up & realized something was terribly wrong was over 900 which means you are dead! Please, oh please have your furnace check out. Ours worked fine, but there was a crack in something. Been so long ago can't remember the parts name. ...

There seems to be a lot going around at this time of year. Now that the kids have gone back to school we have had nausea, sniffles, sore throats, headaches. low grade fever and now my two kids and I have had migraines off and on for a week. I even met someone the other day that never gets migraines and had a feeling of a vice around his head for two days (migraine) for the first time. My kids have missed so much school this year already, it's terrible. I however have been feeling tired in the afternoon badly. I do get up early in the morning and I do have hypothyroid so it is unbalanced lately.
Hope you and your hubby feel better soon!
