I have been taking clindamycin for the past one and half years now to treat bone infection but its not improving.lf l begin to add ciprofloxacin to it. What will happen or will l get better results?
Research shows combination antibiotics can be very effective in treating certain infections. For example, a popular combination for treating aggressive periodontal disease is cipro or amoxicillin + metronidazole. I would consult with your health care professional to discuss options of adding a second antibiotic, as there could be many side effects in doing so.
