... whole face is cover up with dark spot from acne and it lower my self esteem
The dark or red spots are caused by bacteria in the acne bumps that are feeding on the infection in the bumps. The spot treatment probably will help, but you do need to see a dermatologist and get put on some antibiotics. It works and pretty fast. I was just starting to get the scarring acne and I begged my mom to take me to the dermatologist. He put me on the antibiotics, a facial scrub and something to make my face peel a little. He also told me to wash my hair ofter and keep my hands off my face and in 6 weeks, I had almost no bumps at all. When you are young, you produce alot of oil and it clogs the pores, resulting in whiteheads and blackheads. You have to treat it from inside and out. They have so many new treatments now, you may even clear up faster than I did.Acne tends to run in families and my 2 little sisters used to really make fun of me. Then it happened to them and they both took acutane. That is a really strong medicine with too many side effects. See if the dermatologist is willing to just put you on the antibiotics instead.Make sure your hair is not touching your face when you are not in school or work. The hair can have lots of germs and oil which will add to the problem.Accutane should be a last resort only.
