for use with plavix
themere83; you mention something about GERD, Most of the medications used for Gerd are H2 receptors. So check with your doctor or pharmacist if you're taking any stomach ulcer medication. This is also a great reason to use only one Pharmacy so that they have records of all the prescriptions you're taking on their computer. It's a great double-check system. Also, you should not take Plavix with any Anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, Advil etc or Aspirin or anything with aspirin so it's always a good Idea to call your Pharmacy or go in and ask them what you can take with your prescription medication. And make sure they look in the computer or carry a list with you. Don't worry this does not mean you can't take all but you should check with the doctor prior to taking in case they need to adjust the dose of your medication. so once again H2 Receptor is the medications for stomach ulcers and many are over the counter these days so always double check. Have a great day.
