I was very compliant for 2 years with no significant benefit. Should I try again?
Hi ah, I did alot of research on the "guaf" treatment for fribromyalgia in the past. I was excited about it but after really delving into it I found it to be based on false assumptions about fibromyalgia. There is alot of literature out there to check out. There is a group of doctors that prescribe to the treatment and are obviously for it but read the other research instead. Personally I wouldn't try it, seemed very restrictive and also the stats on success were unreliable and not that good. hope this helps
Absolutely. Try again. I've read both books by Amand and the newest version is far more definitive regarding the protocol. If Fibro fog is an issue for you as it was for me, write down on notebook paper exactly what to do and when to do it. A few menus to follow when the fog sets in. Find the proper dose of "G" that works for you. Biggest challenge is eliminating salycilates. Get out the magnifying glass and read each ingredient. If it's there give it to someone or toss it. This is the quality of your life for the rest of your life we are talking about. Don't give up!!! If it takes a year to see if it can work for you so what ... where are you now? Fogged up, in pain, loosing your friends and family a person at a time? Be as strong as you can be. Best of luck. If it can help just one person like me then it could help another like you. Hope
