for me. I am waking up at 3 to 5 in the morning and sleep on and off the rest of the time. I am tired through out the day and have a hard time getting going in the morning.
Assuming you have a typical 9-5 schedule, it might be helpful to take the last dose a couple hours earlier in the day and see if that helps. Also, over the six years that I've been managing myself with Adderall I've found that alcohol completely disrupts my ability to sleep through the night. I used to take Ambiem and there is an extended release, but the morning grogginess was intense and it lingered throughout the day. Recently, I've just been taking generic diphenhydramine, sleeping soundly through the night and not feeling groggy at all.
