I am not understand why I have been taken from 4 tablets per day to one tablet per day along with metformin. My sugars are high now
Glyburide belongs to a class of drugs called sulfonylureas. Sulfonylureas help to lower blood sugar because they stimulate the pancreas to produce more insulin. They are only effective if your pancreas is still able to produce insulin
If your sugars are high you should see your doctor. Your medicines may need to be reviewed.
