It is best to take levothyroxine on an empty stomach, so about 30mins to an hour before breakfast. And methylprednisolone needs to be taken with food (in the morning)... so this can be taken with breakfast.
If you are a breakfast eater and like fiber or milk then you need to take your levothyroxine at least 4 hours, preferably more, before you eat.
If you eat or drink grapefruits at breakfast you should not change you intake as this will effect your methylprednisolone. Do not start taking if you are not currently taking grapefruit.
