I have been on Celexa for 8 years and the doc added Wellbutrin when my Celexa wasn't working as well it has been 7 weeks and I am still struggling with anxiety should I give it more time or see about upping the dose
You may be getting close to the 'poop' out rate of your Celexa. Wellbutrin can be an activating med. It is not known for its anxiety properties. For some people it increases anxiety. Talk to your doctor it may be time to switch to another med, like Lexapro, which is like a sister med to Celexa to see if that may work.
Hope you find what works for you soon.
