We had sex March 4th and she took the pill 6-8 hours after that... She says she had her last period 2 weeks before we had sex so she wasn't ovulated. She said 5 days later she had light spotting that only lasted for a day. Her period is suppose to start this week and I'm so scared that she's going to be pregnant because we are both not ready to have a kid and I just know if it's a good sign that she bled a little. Also she says she has no symptoms and i saw online that if you are over 175 pounds it's ineffective and she's 180.. I'm just so scared
You don't actually ask us a question, so I'll try to guess at what you want to know...
Being over the weight limit for Plan B, she should have asked for the other emergency pill, Ulipristal Acetate. Either that, or she could have had an IUD fitted by a doctor. Both of those can work as emergency contraception, if done within 120 hours (5 days) of the unprotected sex.
Most women (although not all) ovulate around 2 weeks after the start of their period. Plan B does not work if you are already ovulating when you take it, & the Ulirpristal Acetate pill should be asked for, if you are around that point of your cycle.
Your GF will need to do a pregnancy test, at the time her period is due (even if she starts, as some women can bleed during pregnancy (especially during the first few months)).
