... their website they made it very clear that as long as you took the pill everyday you DID NOT have to take it at the same time to prevent pregnancy. Gildess is basically the same pill with miniscule differences in dosage of Norethindrone (1mg vs. 0.8mg in Generess) and Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02mg vs. 0.025mg in Generess). Unless there is a huge difference between Norethindrone and Norethindrone Acetate(?) Do I HAVE to take Gildess Fe 1/20 at the same time every day for it effectively prevent pregnancy? Or is it effective as long as I take it once a day?
Your minor difference is about 1.25:1. Every daily medication has to have some leeway or margin for error. I would not not suggest 12 hours and then 36 hours in two days but around a similar time of day will be most effective (I doubt that + or - four hours will be the end of the world).
