I would ask this of the pharmacist. I'm not sure if it is meant to be frozen but if it hasnt been constituted then just the dilutent was frozen so it may be ok but I would give the pharmacist a ring first just to be sure. My son used to be on that and I seem to remember a warning about freezing.
