I have the generic for bactrim, it's 2 years beyond date. Can I still use it?

No, see a dr and get the appropriate med in the right amount for whatever is wrong. Then take all of them, do not have any left over antibiotics because you stopped taking them when you felt better. Those pills you have could be useless and you wouldn't have enough to finish a full course.

Pills this old are no longer any good. They likely wont work anymore and they could be harmful. Dispose of them properly.
