How much unit of levemir flexipen insulin (detemir) will lower blood sugar of 400 mg/DL to normal I.e 90 mg/dl ?
There is no way to tell you that. There are too many variables. Your diet, your level of exercise, if you're producing any insulin at all. I would go with a shorter acting insulin to give you when you had a high blood sugar. You would have to keep track of your blood sugar and how much short acting insulin you took, then your dr would know how much to raise your levemir.
