... is a long-standing diagnosis. I've been taking 200mg Pregabalin daily, with no ill-effects, but my psychiatrist switched me from Fluoxetine to Lyrica/Duloxetine, as he said it would help my GAD symptoms. However, I'm having severe side effects - migraines have got very bad and a lot more frequent. I have increased blood pressure, and my anxiety is more severe than ever. Is there a different medication for GAD which might be suitable for me? I am having psychodynamic therapy as well, and on short term diazepam for panic, but obviously, can only use in emergency, so I assume it's not a long term solution
