U r on alot of meds but they r not meds u can easily or quickly, or rule out as helpful or harmful. i used 2 have bad panic attacks all the time, now it is rare. in my opinion, meds may work quick, but therapy works better Long Term. Get referrals 4 a therapist who Specializes in panic disorder, panic and anxiety disorder, and depression, ask all ur current drs 4 these referrals as well as ur pharmacist. If u hear the same name more than once, have a consult with that person first, u may need to check out more than 1 if u don't feel comfortable. i know this suggestion seems daunting and expensive, but if it helps fix the problem, and u get off just 3 or 4 of the meds, i think u will feel it is worth the trouble ane expense.
chances r u inherited panic and anxiety disorder and it is getting worse as u feel ur child getting out in the world more, some of it is ur fear about ur child getting hurt, or simply not being with u 24/7. That is normal, that is the thing most precious to u. i used to let my mind go to the worst possible scenario all the time and panic while driving. i was taught by my therapist how to recognize when i was apt to have a panic attack and how to stop one. many family members had them and my therapist showed me how to figure out who in my family i inheritted them from and asked me how those people handled them, ... pills and alcohol, not the best way and they never got any better. my mom died from alcoholism. i was depressed, grieving, and heartbroken in the wake of that, therapy and the meds both helped, but the therapy really fixed it long term. u need 2 take ur list of meds to a pharmacist and ur doctor and work with them to c if any might b interacting and making the panic attacks worse or more frequent and a good therapist may also help u with that task. u can get support here, but u need it at home too. find someone close to home u can trust for support and encouragement so u can enjoy life and ur child and not b paralyzed by panic, anxiety, fear, and depressiom. saying some Prayers 4 u.
