Do the general weakness cause depression e.g, a 26 yrs person having just 50 kgs of weight may have?

And it can be the other way around, depression can cause weight loss and make us feel tired and weak.
Without height, the weight is hard to know what that means. Someone who is five feet tall is a different factor than six feet tall.
Treatment for depression and or underlying health issues should be looked at by a physician. Has this been done?
