Yes you can take your synthtoid. It's not good to miss your meds. Your thyroid gland effects your entire body. & your body is trying to heal so you don't need any more trauma to it. I hope everything works out for you &

If it comes sublingually, then by all means, take it that way. But don't stop taking that. Thyroid is a very important hormone, that helps regulate your entire body's metabolism. Right now your body is in an upheaval, and they might change your dosage several times until you finally find homeostasis.

Also, don't forget the vitamins!! Almost more important than food!!
