Who manufactures them? And how to distinguish from gabapentin tablets or capsules?
There is a brand of extended release gabapentin called Horizant, which is used to treat Restless Legs Syndrome and has been recently approved to treat post-shingles pain.
It was first approved April 2011 and there are no generics available.
You can find a description of the pills at https://www.drugs.com/imprints.php?action=search&drugname=horizant
