... will it clense my system? will it help flush narcotics out for a drug test
No, this drug will NOT flush narcotics out of your system but it CAN and WILL flush potassium out of your body and low potassium levels (called hypokalemia) can affect the electrical activity in your heart which can cause a serious heart problem like abnormal heart rhythm, which could be fatal, also muscle spasm and damage and paralysis can occur if potassium drops too low. It is never a good idea to mess around with drugs you dont need. Unfortunately, there isnt anything that will really truly remove narcotics from your body other than time and metabolism. If you have a prescription for the opioid (narcotic) medications, it shouldnt matter if you have them detected in your urine. If you are using opioids without a script then you should already know that you shouldnt be doing this and how dangerous it can be.
