... own. I am getting so worried about how i am going to cope with a newborn, i can barely change my one year old, I have lost all movement in my right arm, and im crying in pain. I would be very greatful for any advice :)
If you can, go see an orthopedic surgeon. He may be able to inject your shoulder and/or loosened it up for you. That's what I did when I almost dropped my baby girl.
Good luck and best wishes,

Welcome to the site.
I am so very sorry about what you are experiencing.
Please click on the link for a list of medications with their reviews which could help you:
If you select one or more and you have financial problems , add the medication (s) to your question or hit comment and write them down, I will try to find a patient assistance program for that or those medications.
All the best,
My husband had it and you need to get it looked at by a physio therapist Asap. because it will stay that way for a long time. A Mri will be good to get to see if it is a frozen shoulder for sure then see a Orthopedic.
Good luck and take care,
