What does the DEA consider to be structural damage? My bf and I did some research last night but the info provided has a lot of grey areas. I was hoping someone knew exactly what they are referring too.
The regs have grey areas for a reason, they can then interpret it the way they want. They were giving examples somewhere, and it was things like encroachment of a tumor, fractured vertebra, slipped disks, etc. Those of us with fibro and chronic myofascial pain are just sol. Guess we have to go out and break something.
