I am not sure of the mg, but know she is prescribed 2 a day. She takes one in the morning and then another approximately 4 hours later. I have seen her in this condition and one would think she is extremely drugged. She cannot talk straight, cannot remember what the conversation was, and cannot keep her eyes open. She is also on Paxil. Is she taking this at the wrong times? Is it interacting with the Paxil? This person is in her 50's and was finally diagnosed after years of her inability to focus or pay attention. Another drug she takes is suboxone due to her addiction to pain medications. Because I did not know there was two types, extended release and immediate release, I did not ask which kind she was taking.
