Me and this girl had unprotected sex and I busted inside. The next day, 9 hours after she took the pill. The next day, she threw up and took another dose of the pill. I'm worried because I've read weight could make plan b one step less effective? Btw when she took the second pill more than 24 hours had passed since the first pill so she didn't have to take the second one right? I also heard taking plan b twice in a month can make the chances of pregnancy higher? Anything will help!
Using it often can reduce the protection. There are 2 different plan b's. One is the one step ant the other is a 2 step that you take a pill and then 12 hrs later take another one. Its the one step that has a problem with weight. Plan B at best is 80-95% effective. The time to worry about pregnancy is before you have sex. She should see her dr for a better form of birth control. Pulling out isn't even birth control and condoms aren't totally reliable. A good form of birth control is really the only way to be having sex and not worrying about it.
