All prescription drugs and OTC drugs in the US must have identifying markers. The exception to that rule is vitamins, minerals, herbs and nutritional supplements. Most likely it is a supplement of some kind. The only way to find out what it is would be to chemically analyze it which would be expensive and not worth it to find out what a pill is. Just toss it out.

Have a white oblong pill with a almost E 28 but the E is shaped funny looking. The E maybe a simble?
