Pill imprint 319 has been identified as Tramadol hydrochloride 50 mg.
Tramadol is used in the treatment of pain; back pain; syringomyelia; anxiety; restless legs syndrome (and more), and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous analgesics. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Tramadol 50 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

The pills are pink and round (barrel-shaped) and have the numbers "44" over "319" on the back. They are chewable-type tablets.
