White, scored once - Imprint of a J or a P and 685.. Please help, I think I took one by accident.. It didn't taste right which got me looking at the pills more closely and I found a couple of these in the bottle along with my normal prescription... I'm a bit scared and can not find ANYTHING!
It's best if you take them to the pharmacist and have them identify them. Or you can call the poison control center and see if they can identify them and tell them that you may have taken one. There's a 800 number for it. If you start to feel weird go to the emergency room right away. Good luck to you. Pepper
Hezzagirl; I looked everywhere I know and could not find a pill with those markings at this point I would just take it to the Pharmacy and by that I mean the bottle of Trazodone and let the Pharmacist check it and help fix it with all the right pills it is possible it is a trazodone but a different brand. But if we ever did this we would put cotton between them and tell the patient. And also remember to always keep your prescription medications in a safe place at home, People you would not even expect at least with me have taken my pills and put things in them that look like them.So I have all mine under the bed in a fire proof box now. Please let us know if you find out anything. I am assuming everything is okay since you took one and I have not seen anything here. And please know you can come here and ask anything about a medication there are lots of the best people I have every met that try and help from what we have already gone through
Hezz; Here I found it have you ever taken generic Reglan It's more for digestion or stomach problems not a big thing but just wondering if it got into the wrong bottle. here is what the other name is I would not worry but still do as we said take it to the Pharmacy get it corrected. Or if you know you have had some of these look at your pills good and just take the other one out. here is the copy and paste of what this pill is. p 685 description ((((( Each white, round tablet imprinted with “p” on one side and 685 and bisect on the other side contains 10 mg of metoclopramide)))) hope this clears it up for you and I really would not worry alot about this But let the pharmacy know and correct it and do as i sugestied on the keeping your pills somewhere nobody has acess to it.
