the word SYNTEX on one side and 277 on the other. Part of the label reads "Naprosyn 50" with the last letter or digit blurred out after the 50 characters. What are they?
Sounds like they are Naprosyn 500mg which is an NSAID drug for pain. It is not an opioid type drug-just an anti-inflammatory. If they are very old, older then a year old, then you should throw them out as they are no longer any good. They could make you sick if you take them or they may be losing potency because they are old.
