This pill is white, a quarter of an inch wide and has nothing on the other side. It fell out of my nephews pocket and I believe he is not taking his medication properly as he told me it was nothing.
Found small white pill with beveled edges APO above the score line and 25 under it. Need to know???

Hi Maximus... Take the pill into a pharmacy where he gets his scripts filled and be honest. The number one reason is to find out if your nephew is taking his correct medication or someone else's or missing doses. Lots of times kids on ADHD meds eat real fast then stick their med in their pocket or leave house without eating and know when they take that pill, most commonly a methylphenidate composite, their appetite is ruined and then they can get nauseated. It sounds too small for antibx and many kids are on stimulants for ADHA.
Did you ask his mom what diagnoses he has or did you ask him? It might give you a chance to bond and let him talk about why he takes medication and if he is skipping doses.
Good luck.
