Hello, this sounds like Escitalopram, a generic version of Lexapro, used to treat depression and general anxiety disorder.

The pill is possibly Escitalopram Oxalate 10 mg, a generic version of the antidepressant Lexapro.
The imprint actually reads 5851, but the 1 can easily be read as a 7.

I found pills in my car that are white, oval tabs with M 32 imprinted on one side with a split line?
