It's a little white round pill but its only have of it has 2 triangles sideways almost looks like a Bowtie on and side and a 51 on the other side but I don't know what's on the other half so I can't figure it out some on help please
It will be hard to tell if you only have half a pill but I did find this as a possibility:
Your pill may possibly be Escitalopram Oxalate 10 mg, which is a generic version of the antidepressant Lexapro.
Description: Escitalopram Tablets USP, 10 mg are available as white to off-white, round, biconvex, scored, film-coated tablets, debossed “5851” on one side and a logo (I><I), a score, and “10” on the other side
