My son found them, and opened one. He didn't ingest or inhale any of the powder. But I'm super concerned! Of course I would be.
Put them in a bag and take them too your local pharmacy that will dispose of them safely.
Whatever they are they are unlikely to be for a condition that any of you have if you don't recognise them. Further, even if they are something useful you have no way of telling how old they are or if they are any good still at all.
Don't just bin them or flush them but dispose of them properly.
