One is a capsule with beige powder, no name. The other are two oblong white pills with the number 1P190. What are these?
Pill imprint IP 190 500 has been identified as Naproxen 500 mg.
Naproxen is used in the treatment of back pain; sciatica; tendonitis; ankylosing spondylitis; bursitis (and more), and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents.
The one with no imprint could be anything, without the imprint it could be a vitamin, diet/herbal/energy pill, illicit or foreign drug.
