Lexapro is used in the treatment of depression; anxiety; generalized anxiety disorder; bipolar disorder; obsessive compulsive disorder (and more), and belongs to the drug class selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Lexapro 20 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
