I have suffered from insomnia and migraines for the past 24 years and fighting them is tedious. I have been to the doctor numerous times with little or no help in battling either. What foods could possibly give me some relief and let me get some sleep?
Hi, I also suffer from chronic insomnia for the past 26 years.
With regards to both of your questions, instead of me copying and pasting, all you must do is google "foods for insomnia" and foods for migraines" and you will have access to a lot of reliable information, that is what I did.
