This has been happening since I was a child, am now almost 27, The food comes back to my mouth and I have to chew again and then swallow, the process could happens up to 5 times or more after meal.
I know this is not normal but I don't think it's has to do with any health problems since it seems like I was born like this.
Please what do you think could be the cause?
The food that I have swallowed usually come back to my mouth?

A gastric motility disorder, possibly achalasia. I'd advise a visit to a gastroenterologist.
