I recently went to the emergency room because I had breathed in a huge chunk of food down my throat while laughing. They took an x ray saw the food and gave me a shot of something (started with a g, long name) which immediately made me violently throw up which I think was the point. Took another x ray and it was still there. They called in a specialist to go in and get it out. An hour from the last x ray he went in with a camera to pull it out and said it was gone. I did not get a final x ray. Since then my throat has obviously been sore due to hours of coughing and vomiting, and having tools down my throat. However, I still feel something in my throat. This happened Sunday it is now Friday. Is it possible that it is still there and the doctor either did not go down with the camera all the way or its in the "wrong pipe?"
