Fluoxetine - Prednisone. How long after stopping prednisone will it still be in your system?

It depends how long you took it and what dosage. The longer you take it at high doses, above 20mg the more side effects you will have and the longer it takes to get rid of them.
More information is needed to answer you fully.
Hi Tina, the drug prednisone itself is eliminated in 24 hours but as charmk56 points out, the side and after effects take longer to disappear. I don't understand the reference to a link between it and fluoxetine however as they are very different medications.
