... rescue inhaler and she has been sick with a cough. Should I be worried? Is her doctor nuts? I have never seen her have an asthma attack. Isn't this supposed to help people who really need it? One of her main issues is coughing and sniffling - one of the main side effects of this steroid. Please help.
Why was she prescribed Flovent to begin with ? Did she have any symptoms that caused you to bring her to a Dr. ? or was she just having a routine checkup or something like that ? I wasn't sure i understood if she had a cough and sniffles and thats why you brought her to Dr. or she began coughing and sniffling after she began taking the Flovent ? By the way i am not a Dr. but hopefully it may clear things up for someone that knows more. The reason i answered is because i have had 2 friends treated for asthma for 2 and 3 years before they went to another Dr and found out they did not have asthma at all and were misdiagnosed.
